Shipping: What methods do we use?

We use a variety of methods to get your order delivered as quickly as possible including UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Discreet Packaging – All of our packaging is delivered in standard boxes from respective carriers or opaque pad pack with no Indication of the contents inside of the box or reference to Amorous Desires on the shipping label.

What is our return policy?

All products are non-returnable after the point of purchase or after the package arrival. Here at Amorous Desires we understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. Your use of the Amorous Desires site implies your understanding and compliance with our procedures and policies.

Please research your desired products thoroughly prior to purchasing. We are unable to offer satisfaction guarantees and most items may not be returned. Due to the variations in computer monitors, colors may differ from what you perceive on your monitor. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual object. This is the most accurate information we have at the time a product is added to the site.

Because of their intimate nature, most items are not returnable. Please select your products carefully. Items that have partial seals, no seals, or no other discernible tamper deterrent may not be returned, even if you have not opened the item. Items that do not have seals simply cannot be returned once they leave our warehouse. Our return policy is deliberately rigid. Items must meet extremely specific parameters to be eligible for return. Amorous Desires reserves the right to reject any return request at our discretion. This is for the safety and peace of mind of all of our customers.

Items which become defective within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for replacement, either through Amorous Desires or through the manufacturer. After 30 days, defective items with valid warranty coverage, will be replaced directly through the manufacturer. What if my product is damaged or contains defects?
Refunds for damaged or defected products will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Amorous Desires will address defective products on a case by case basis. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect please contact customer service immediately via email at support@amorousdesiresllc.com Please include a photo and description of your defect as evidence.

PO Boxes – We apologize but we are unable to ship too PO boxes currently. If your order has a PO box, we will e mail you for an alternative address or we can cancel your order.

Processing – As long as the item you ordered is in stock your order will be processed within 48 hours. Items purchased on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays will be processed the following business day. You should calculate shipping from the time you receive your shipping notification not at the time you place the order. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from amorousdesiresllc.com . We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Free Shipping: Applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $69.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Standard Shipping: $7.50, available on all orders.

  • May ship via an economy method. The shipping department determines the most economical method.
  • Packages may not qualify for re-routing services.
  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days. Transit time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
  • Not recommended for time sensitive packages or temporary ship to addresses.

 

Priority Shipping: $12, available on all orders.

  • Ships via USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS
  • Packages may not qualify for re-routing services.
  • Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days. Transit time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
  • Not recommended for time sensitive packages or temporary ship to addresses.

 

Express Shipping Methods: Guaranteed transit times are 3 Day, and 2 Day. Expedited transit times are promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors beyond our control.

  • Orders received after 11 am CST will be processed the following business day. Please add an additional business day for delivery.
  • Please add up to 2 additional transit days for nationally observed holidays.

 

Business and Shipping Holidays – There will be no package pick up or deliveries on the following dates. This can add up to 2 additional transit days to all expedited packages.
